Who we are

WorkPrompt is a free, bilingual (Traditional Chinese and English) library of AI prompts built for real business scenarios. We organize verified, ready-to-use prompts into an easy-to-browse format so anyone can create professional deliverables with AI.

WorkPrompt is a bootstrapped startup based in the United States, founded by Ming Mak in September 2025. We operate independently, with content selected and reviewed by real people.

Company and founder

Company: WorkPrompt. Based in: United States. Founded: September 2025.

Founder: Ming Mak. WorkPrompt is self-funded and focused on making AI practical for small businesses and working professionals.

Personalized tools powered by Claude

Our Personalized Prompt Generator integrates the Claude API to turn business context, a work goal, and an output language into a reusable prompt, a first draft, and a human review checklist. It supports Traditional Chinese and English. The beta's live generation is subject to service availability and usage limits.

Human-written examples are clearly labeled. Only results returned by a successful Claude API call are labeled as live AI generation. Users should review generated content before using it for business.

Our mission

We believe good AI prompts shouldn't sit behind a paywall. Small business owners, marketers, HR teams and freelancers use AI every day for posters, flyers, ad images, slide decks, proposals, hiring copy and social posts — they need prompts that work out of the box and show the result, not vague tutorials.

WorkPrompt shares those prompts openly, in two languages and with sample outputs, to help more people skip the trial and error.

How content is made

Our prompts come from in-house curation and community submissions. Every community submission is reviewed by a human for originality, quality and appropriateness before it is published bilingually.

Each prompt lists the AI models it works with and, where possible, includes a real sample output so you can see the effect before you use it.

Why it's free

WorkPrompt is, and will stay, free to browse and use. To keep it running we include affiliate links to recommended tools on some pages and plan to show ads relevant to the content — none of which changes the prompts you see or the price you pay (there isn't one).

We do not sell your personal data. See our Privacy Policy and Terms for details.
