Account data: when you sign in with Google we receive your email, name and avatar, used to create your account and display your identity.

Content you provide: submitted prompts, descriptions and sample images.

Usage data: anonymous copy counts, Useful votes and affiliate-link click counts, used to improve content quality. We do not track your browsing and use no third-party ad trackers.

Cookies: only the session cookie required to keep you signed in. No marketing or cross-site tracking cookies.

Data is stored with Neon (database) and Vercel (hosting and image storage), and used only to provide this service.

Messages sent to our company email are forwarded through Cloudflare Email Routing to our team's Gmail inbox and used only to handle your inquiry.

We never sell or rent your personal data to third parties.

Newsletter emails are used solely to send the newsletter; every issue includes an unsubscribe link.

Using the Personalized Prompt Generator sends your business context, goal, and output language to Anthropic's Claude API for processing. Do not submit confidential or sensitive personal information.

We do not save generator inputs or outputs in our database or intentionally record them in application logs. Results remain in the current browser page and are cleared on reload. We store hashed account identifiers and request counts to enforce usage limits; these counters do not contain generated content. Anthropic's processing is governed by its API policies.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your account and submission data at any time.
